ज्यादातर लोगों के साथ फटी एड़ियों का कारण होता है आज हम आपको इसके बारे मे बताएंगे। पैरों की एड़ियों में या अंगूठे की जड़ में ज्यादा चलने-फिरने या हवा लगने की वजह से चमड़ी में दरार पड़ जाती है जिसमें बहुत तेज दर्द होता है इसे ही बिवाई कहते हैं।
इससे कैसे बचें और उसके साथ ही साथ उसके उपाय
1. मोम : 1 ग्राम मोम और 4 ग्राम तिल को मिलाकर गर्म करके लेप बनाकर फटी एड़ियों पर लगाने से फटी एड़ियां सुन्दर हो जाती हैं। एड़ियों के ज्यादा फटने या उनमें खून निकलने की हालत में एड़ियों को रात को गर्म पानी से धोकर उनमें गर्म मोम लगाने से फटी एड़िया ठीक हो जाती हैं।
2. नमक : देसी घी में नमक मिलाकर फटी एड़ियों पर लगाने से एड़ियों की त्वचा मुलायम रहती है और हाथ-पैर फटते नहीं हैं।
3. कालीमिर्च : कालीमिर्च, राल और कत्थे को बराबर मात्रा में मिलाकर पीस लें। फिर इसमें 4 चम्मच देसी घी और 4 चम्मच चमेली का तेल मिला लें और बर्तन में डालकर गर्म कर लें। फिर इसे एक शीशी में भरकर रख लें। इस तेल को लगाने से एड़ियां फटना बन्द हो जाती हैं।
4. शलगम : शलजम को उबालकर उसके पानी से बिवाइयों (फटी एड़ियां) को धोकर उसके बाद उन पर शलजम को रगड़े। रात के समय इसका इस्तेमाल करके फटी हुई एड़ी पर साफ कपड़ा लपेट लें। इसके प्रयोग से फटी हुई एड़ियां ठीक हो जाती हैं।
5. प्याज : कच्चे प्याज को पीसकर बांधने से या लेप करने से बिवाइयों (फटी एड़ियों) में लाभ होता है। कच्चे प्याज को पीसकर एड़ियों पर बांधने से फटी एड़िया ठीक हो जाती हैं।
6. पपीता : पपीते के छिलकों को सुखाकर और पीसकर चूर्ण बना लें। इस चूर्ण में ग्लिसरीन मिलाकर दिन में 2 बार कटी-फटी एड़ियों और पैरों में लगाने से बहुत जल्दी लाभ होता है।
7. हल्दी : कच्चे दूध में पिसी हुई हल्दी को मिलाकर शरीर पर लेप करने से त्वचा मुलायम होती है और हाथ-पैर फटते नहीं हैं।
8. एरण्ड : पैरों को गर्म पानी से धोकर उनमें एरण्ड का तेल लगाने से बिवाइयां (फटी एड़ियां) ठीक हो जाती हैं।
9. आलू : सूखे और फटे हुए हाथों को ठीक करने के लिए आलू को उबालकर, उसका छिलका हटाकर पीसकर उसमें जैतून का तेल मिलाकर हाथों पर लगाने के 10 मिनट बाद हाथों को धोने से हाथ सुन्दर हो जाते हैं।
10. दूध : सर्दी के मौसम में अक्सर चेहरा सूखकर उसकी चमक खत्म हो जाती है। चेहरे की चमक दोबारा लाने के लिये कच्चे दूध में नींबू का रस मिला लें और इसे रूई से हल्का-हल्का चेहरे पर लगायें और थोड़ी देर के बाद साफ पानी से चेहरे को धो लें।
इस तरह से आप अपने पैरों को साफ रख सकते हो।
