एल्कोहल का सेवन : थायराइड की परेशानी होने पर एल्कोहल का सेवन करने से भी आपका मोटापा बढ़ जाता है। इसके अलावा इससे आपका एनर्जी लेवल कम हो जाता है और रात को नींद न आना, बेचैनी और घबराहट जैसी समस्याएं हो जाती है।
समय पर दवाई लेना : थायराइड की दवा नियमित और सही समय पर लेने से आपका वजन नहीं बढ़ता। कुछ लोग थायराइड की समस्यां को मामूली समझ कर इग्नोर कर देते है। इसमें दी जाने वाली एंडरएक्टिव दवाओं से वजन कम करने में मदद मिलती है। इसलिए इनका सेवन जरुर करें।

जूस पीना : थायराइड में चाय का अधिक सेवन करने से भी मोटापा बढ़ जाता है। इसके बजाए आप रोजाना चुकंदर, अनानास और सेब से बना जूस पी सकते है। रोजाना इसे पीने से आपका मोटापा भी कम हो जाएगा और आपको एनर्जी भी मिलेगी।
