सिर्फ 15 दिनों में लिवर की खराबी का सॉलिड रामबाण उपाय :

➡ यकृत के विकार (लिवर या जिगर की खराबी) का आसान रामबाण उपाय :
एक कागजी नींबू (अच्छा पका हुआ) लेकर उसके दो टुकड़े कर लें। फिर बीज निकालकर आधे नीबू के बिना काटे चार भाग करें पर टुकड़े अलग-अलग न हो। तत्पश्चात् एक भाग में काली मिर्च का चूर्ण, दूसरे में काला नमक (अथवा सैधा नमक), तीसरे में साँठ का चूर्ण और चौथे में मेिश्री का चूर्ण (या शक्कर चीनी) भर दें। रात को प्लेट में रखकर ढंक दें। प्रातः भोजन करने से एक घंटे पहले इस नींबू की फॉक (टुकड़ा) को मन्दी आंच या तवे पर गर्म करके चूस लें।
➡ विशेष :
आवश्यकतानुसार 15 दिन से 21 दिन लेने से लीवर सहीं होगा।
इससे यकृत विकार ठीक होने के साथ पेट दर्द और मुँह का जायक ठीक होगा। भूख बढ़ेगी। सिरदर्द और पुरानी से पुरानी कब्ज दूर होगी।
यकृत के कठोर और छोटा होने के रोग (Cirhosis of the liver) में अचूक है। पुराना मलेरिया, ज्वर, कुनैन या पारा के दुव्यवहार, अधिक मद्यपान, अॅधिक मिठाई खाना, अमेधिक पेचिश के रोगाणु का यकृत में प्रवेश आदि कारणों से यकृत रोगों की उत्पति होती है। बुखार ठीक हो जाने के बाद भी यकृत की बीमारी बनी रहती है और यकृत कठोर एवं पहले से बड़ा हो जाता है। रोग के घातक रूप लेने पर युकृत का संकोचन (Cirrhosis of the॥ver) होता है। यकृत रोगों में ऑखें व बिगड़ा स्वाद, दाहिने कंधे के पीछे दर्द, शौच ऑवयुक्त कीचड़ जैसा होना, आदि लक्षण प्रतीत होते हैं।
➡ इन उपायों को साथ इसके साथ करे :
दो सप्ताह तक चीनी अथवा मीठा का इस्तेमाल न करें। चीनी के बजाय दूध में चार-पाँच मुनक्का डाल कर मीठा कर लें। रोटी भी कम खायें। अच्छा तो येह है कि जबै उपचार चलता रहे रोटी बिल्कुल न खाकर सब्जियाँ और फल से ही गुजारा कर लें। सब्जी में मसाला न डालें। टमाटर, पालक, गाजर, बथुआ, करेला, लौकी आदि शाक-सब्जियाँ और पपीता, ऑवला, करें। धी और तली वस्तुओं का प्रयोग कम से कम करें। पन्द्रह दिन में जिगर ठीक हो जाएगा।
जिगर का संकोचन में दिन में दो बार प्याज खाते रहने से भी लाभ होता है।
जिगर रोगों में छाछ (हींग का बगार देकर, जीरा काली मिर्च और नमक मिलाकर) दोपहर के भोजन के बाद सेवन करना बहुत लाभप्रद है।
आँवला का रस 25 ग्राम या सूखे ऑवलों का चूर्ण चार ग्राम पानी के साथ, दिन में तीन बार सेवन करने से 15-20 दिन में यकृत के सारे दोष हो जाते हैं।
एक सौ ग्राम पानी में आधा नीबू निचोडकर नमक (चीनी की जाय) डालें और इसे दिन में तीन बार पीने से जिगर की खराबी ठीक होगी। सात से गकीस दिन लें।
जामुन के मौसम में 200-300 ग्राम दिया और पके हुए जामुन प्रतिदिन खाली पेट खाने से जिगर की खराबी दूर हो जाती है। 40, तिल्ली अथवा जिगर (यकृत) व तिल्ली (प्लीहा) दोनों के बढ़ने पर पुराना गुड़ डेढ़ ग्राम और बड़ी (पीली) हरूड के छिलके का चूर्ण बराबर वजन मिलाकर एक गोली बनायें और ऐसी गोली दिन में दो बार प्रातः सायं हल्के गर्म पानी के साथ एक महीने तक लें। इससे यकृत (Liver) और प्लीहा (Spleen) यदि दोनों ही बढ़े हुए हों, तो भी ठीक हो जाते हैं। विशेष-इसके तीन दिन के प्रयोग से अम्लपित्त का भी नाश होता है।
