पपीता एक ऐसा फल है जो पूरे साल आसानी से मिल जाता है. भारत के ज्यादातर घरों में पपीते का पौधा आसानी से लगा हुआ मिल जाता है. पपीता जितना स्वादिष्ट होता है, यह उतना हीं हमारे स्वास्थ्य के लिए फायदेमंद भी है. पपीते का रस भी बहुत फायदेमंद होता है. पपीते के बीज के भी ढेर सारे उपयोग हैं. पपीता बालों और त्वचा के लिए भी अच्छा होता है. पपीते का उपयोग उपयोग सलाद के रूप में भी किया जाता है.
तो आइए पपीता के क्या-क्या फायदे हैं और इसका उपयोग किस-किस तरह से किया जा सकता है।
सामग्री:

पपीते का बीज: 50 ग्राम
सूती का साफ़ कपड़ा

विधि:

पपीते के बीज को अच्छे से धो ले पानी से और ध्यान रहे भी कचरा ना रहे।
इस्सके बाद पपीते के बीज को अच्छे के कपडे पे और सूखने को रख दे। जब पपीते से सुख जाए तब उससे अच्छे से बारीक पीस ले।
अब इस चूरन को हर सुबह शाम गुनगुने पानी के साथ सेवन करें। इसे पेट की पथरी गायब हो जाएगी। और भी है कई फ़ायदे आइए जाने।

पपीते के बीज के फायदे :

डायबिटीज में पपीता : डायबिटीज पीड़ित व्यक्ति के लिए पपीता इन्सुलिन का काम करता है। पपीता शुगर लेवल / Sugar Level को नियत्रण करने में सक्षम है। स्वस्थ व्यक्ति पपीता सेवन करे तो डायबिटीज होने की सम्भावना नहीं के बराबर रहती है।
फोड़े फुंसी, एलर्जी में पपीता : त्वचा से सम्बन्धित समस्त विकारों को मिटाने में पपीता बीज खास है। Papaya Seeds / पपीते बीज को बीज को पीस का ग्रसित त्वचा पर लगायें। और 1 चम्मच पपीता बीज को पीसकर 1 गिलास पानी के साथ सेवन करें। त्वचा विकार शीघ्र ठीक हो जाते हैं। पपीता बीज पाउडर फोड़े, फुंसी, त्वचा विकार, मिटाने में सहायक है।

आंखों की रोशनी के लिए पपीता : पपीता में विटामिन ए, प्रोटीन, प्रोटियोलिटिक इन्जाइम्स और केलारी प्रचुर मात्रा में मौजूद है। कच्चा पपीता आंखों की रोशनी / Eyesight बढ़ाने में अति सक्षम है। अकसर डाॅक्टर आंखों की रोशनी बढ़ाने के लिए पपीता और गाजर खाने की सलाह देते हैं। पपीता आंखों के लिए उत्तम माना जाता है।

किड़नी पथरी घटाये पपीता : किड़नी में पथरी होने पर रोज पपीता खायें और पपीते का बीज पीसकर / Papaya Seeds Powder रोज सुबह शाम गुनगुने पानी के साथ सेवन करें। पपीता बीज किड़नी पथरी में रामबाण दवा का काम करता है।
कैंसर दूर करे पपीता : कैंसर पीड़ित व्यक्ति के लिए पपीता खाना स्वास्थ्यवर्धक है। और पपीते का बीज सुखाकर, पीसकर पाउडर बनाकर रख लें। रोज आधा चम्मच बीज 1 गिलास पानी के साथ सेवन करने से कैंसर में सुधार होता है।
