1. पेट का अल्सर

पेट का अल्सर होने पर खाने में गर्म मसालों का प्रयोग कम कर दीजिए। गर्म मसाले की तीव्रता पेट के अल्सर को जल्दी ठीक होने नहीं देते, बल्कि ये अल्सर की समस्या को और भी बढ़ाते हैं। इसलिए जब तक अल्सर पूरी तरह से ठीक न हो जाए, गर्म मसाले से परहेज करें। हरी मिर्च या लाल मिर्च का सेवन भी बंद कर दीजिए।
3. दूध का सेवन
पेट का अल्सर होने पर दूध का सेवन करने से बचना चाहिए। इसके अलाव दूध के प्रयोग से बने अन्य उत्पाद जैसे – दही, पनीर, बटर आदि का सेवन नहीं करना चाहिए। क्योंकि इनके कारण पेट में गैस बनता हो अल्सर का दर्द बढ़ सकता है।
4. पोहा खाइए
पोहा अल्सर के लिए बहुत फायदेमंद प्राकृतिक उपचार है। पोहा को बिटन राइस भी कहते हैं। पोहा और सौंफ को बराबर मात्रा में मिलाकर चूर्ण बना लीजिए, 20 ग्राम चूर्ण को 2 लीटर पानी में घोलकर सुबह रखिए, इसे रात तक पूरा पी जाएं। यह घोल नियमित रूप से सुबह तैयार करके दोपहर बाद या शाम से पीना शुरू कर दीजिए। इस घोल को 24 घंटे में समाप्त कर देना है, पेट के अल्सर में आराम मिलेगा।
5. कैफीन का सेवन न करें
कैफीन के सेवन से पेट के अल्सर की समस्या बढ़ती है। कैफीन चाय, कॉफी, चॉकलेट, कोला, शीतल पेय के अलावा अन्य कार्बोनेटेड खाद्य पदार्थों में पाया जाता है। इसलिए पेट का अल्सर होने पर इनसे दूर रहें। क्योंकि कैफीन युक्त खाद्य पदार्थों का सेवन करने से पेट में एसिड अधिक बनता है जिसके कारण समस्या हो सकती है। पेट में अम्ल बढ़ने के कारण पेट का घाव उत्तेजित होता है और पेट दर्द या अन्य तकलीफें बढ़ जाती हैं।
6. मीट न खायें
पेट का अल्सर होने पर मांस का सेवन करने से बचना चहिए। मांस में प्रोटीन, एसिड अधिक मात्रा में होते हैं। इसे पचाने के लिए पाचन तन्त्र को मशक्कत करनी पड़ती है, जिसके कारण काफी मात्रा में अम्ल का स्त्राव होता है। इसकी वजह से पेट में तकलीफ और बढ़ती है। इसलिए इस समय मांस का सेवन करने से बचना चाहिए।
7. अम्लीय खाद्य-पदार्थ
पेट के अल्सर के मरीज का पाचन तंत्र अच्छे से काम नहीं करता है, इसके कारण इसमें एसिड प्रवेश करने लगता है जिसकी वजह से अक्सर पेट में जलन, दर्द आदि की शिकायत बढ़ जाती है। खट्टे फल जैसे टमाटर, संतरा, टमाटर का रस, अनन्नास, जेली और जैम जैसे अम्लीय खाद्य पदार्थों से दूर रहना चाहिए।
8. शराब और धूम्रपान
पेट का अल्सर होने पर शराब और धूम्रपान का सेवन करने से बचना चाहिए। शराब का सेवन करने से पेट में एसिड बन सकता है जिसके कारण पेट का दर्द बढ़ जाता है। इसलिए इस दौरान शराब का सेवन बिलकुल न करें।
9. खाली पेट न रहें
पेट के अल्सर की शिकायत होने पर खाली पेट नहीं रहना चाहिए, 2-3 घंटे के अंतराल पर कुछ न कुछ खाते रहें। खाली पेट रहने से पेट में एसिड बनता है जो अल्सर का दुश्मन है और अल्सर को बढ़ाता है। इसलिए खाली पेट रहने की बजाय कुछ न कुछ खाते रहें।
10. बादाम का सेवन
पेट के अल्सर के मरीजों को बादाम का सेवन करना चाहिए। इसके अलावा बादाम पीसकर इसका दूध बना लीजिए, इसे सुबह-शाम पीने से पेट का अल्सर ठीक हो जाता है। पत्ता गोभी और गाजर को बराबर मात्रा में लेकर इसका जूस बना लीजिए, इस जूस को सुबह-शाम एक कप पीने से अल्सर में आराम मिलता है।
11. व्यायाम और पानी
पेट का अल्सर होने पर नियमित व्यायाम और योग कीजिए। वज्रासन, उत्तानपादासन, पवनमुक्तासन, भुजंगासन आदि करने से एसिड का असर कम होता है। इसके अलावा पानी का सेवन अधिक मात्रा में करें, रोज 10-12 गिलास पानी का सेवन कीजिए।
